THE HUNGER GAMES (brief summary):

Katniss Everdeen lives in District 12 and volunteers as tribute to take her sister, Primrose,place. Katniss is taken away to the Capitol to fight in The Hunger Games. But, before she can enter the games, she has to get beautified by her prep team. During the games, Katniss is hunted down by the Career Tributes, Glimmer (district 1), Marvel (district 1), Clove (district 2) and Cato (district 2). Peeta is temporarily in the Career pack, so he can lead them away from Katniss. Career packs are usually made up of the tributes of districts 1, 2 and 4.




CATCHING FIRE (brief summary):

President Snow is angry about how Katniss and Peeta defied the Capitol, with the berries.
Every 25 years, there is a Quarter Quell, and twist on the annual hunger games. It's the 75th hunger games, and a male and female victor from each district must face The Hunger Games again.



MOCKINGJAY:

A war is beginning, and Katniss wants to start a rebellion. Katniss has survived The Hunger Games - twice, and is willing to start the rebellion against the Capitol. She also has some things that President Coin has to do if Katniss will be their Mockingjay - the symbol of rebellion.
